Emilio’s Bistro & Pizzeria
Owner of Emilio’s Bistro and Pizzeria at the Wooli Hotel Motel, Emilio Liquete has a few of those hidden up his proverbial chef’s hat.
While Emilio might not share his secret ingredients with those of us who dine on his luscious Italian morsels there is always an exception to that rule.
Where there is an apprentice there is also a master and Emilio’s teacher was none other than Beppi Polese, the founder of Sydney’s highly revered restaurant of four generations, Beppi’s Italian Restaurant, Australia’s longest running Italian restaurant.
Sports Bar
Here at the Wooli Hotel Motel we love our sport! We’ve framed some legends and have them on our walls and our big screens keep you in touch with the action as it happens. In our view it doesn’t get much better than sitting around a table with your mates to watch those great Australian sporting moments as they happen.
Whether you’re into Australian football, rugby union, English Premier League, cricket, motorsport, horse racing, golf, yachting, poker, snooker or athletics Foxtel connects the Wooli Hotel Motel to the wide world of sport. If that isn’t enough action for you we even have our own pool table and clubs you can join to continue that sporting experience.
Beer Garden
Our recently refurbished beer garden has been compared to an oasis in a desert. Leafy surrounds, shade sails, concertina doors and windows, local sandstone retainers bring the outside in and visa versa.
Patrons can now relax and enjoy an ale or a meal with their family and friends in an outdoor setting any time of the day.
Kid Friendly
We haven’t forgotten the little tackers! Children are welcome and catered for throughout the Wooli Hotel Motel venue. The Kidz Game Room has pool tables, pin balls, and other electronic games to keep them occupied.
As parents we understand the need to be able to relax so with that in mind we also have kid size meals, furniture and drinks to keep those little ones happy and out of mischief.
Courtesy Bus
The Wooli Hotel Motel is a business that supports the responsible service of alcohol and gaming within the local community. The provision of a courtesy bus ensures everyone arrives and leaves in a safe manner.
The bus is a Toyota 11 seater and is available for pick up from Minnie Water, Wooli village and Pillar Valley.

Boutique Venue Hire
The Wooli Hotel Motel restaurant is a boutique modern venue and is available at no charge and can cater to the needs of a wide range of customers.
The venue seats around 100 people and our trained staff can support a sophisticated or specialized clientele who would like to self serve or appoint our in house catering service. We also offer free advice and recommendations about other local businesses who are available to provide services that will assist your function to be a success in every possible way. The venue itself overlooks the outdoor beer garden and is surrounded by concertina doors and wide open windows.
Bottle Shop
The Wooli Hotel Motel has a drive through bottle shop which is open 7 days a week.
We stock a wide range of alcohol brands and are proud to promote and specialise in Tyrrell’s, one of Australia’s oldest family owned and operated wineries since 1858 in the Hunter Valley.
The bottle shop however is more than just a bottle shop!
Everything closes down in Wooli after 8pm so with that in mind and because the bottle shop is open till 11pm the shop also carries a range of small goods.
Accommodation
The Wooli Hotel Motel has eight quest rooms available daily. These rooms include multiple double and single beds and are modern self contained units with large television screens, showers, clean crisp linen, crockery and cutlery.
Breakfast menus are available and feature our highest quality locally grown produce ranging from farm eggs, locally cured bacon, bread, jams, and honey. The breakfast range also includes fresh seasonal grown local fruit. Motel checkout time is strictly 10am.
The Pool Room
One of the features of the pool room is it’s floor to ceiling mural.
Painted by a local artist the mural was rescued from an outside demolition of an old wall at the hotel and resurrected into the interior. The mural pays homage to the last of the trawlers involved in Wooli’s fishing industry.
